That boy didn't sleep restfully! We didn't sleep restfully! He was like "a cat on crack" for the better part of the night. (I stole the quotation from another blog. I'm a bad blogging mommy and I just blog-plagurized. I'm deeply ashamed. Can't you tell? That won't keep me from doing it again! I would tell you what blog I got it from, but I read so many yesterday that I can't remember who wrote it. moving on....)
So, Hubby and I discussed it this morning...was it the green beans? (always blame the veggies, they can't talk back) Or is it his daily routine at daycare that's leading to hyperactive meltdowns at night? Really and truly, we fight some semblance of a hyper baby every night after he's been at daycare. When we have him with us all day on the weekends and we can help him go to sleep when he's tired (read: keep him from getting overly tired), then we don't have this battle at night. So, we'll do the green beans again tonight and then see about talking to the daycare about this nap routine. I don't know if that will come to much fruition since it is, afterall, daycare, and they're just tending the herd. If only I could work half time and still make the same pay and then be able to tend to my little man like he needs. I know I'm not the first mom to wish that. No one takes care of your baby like you do, right?

Allow me to refresh your memory. My little Laina would not go to bed at the Great Wolf Lodge and behaved like a "cat on crack"...I can't BELIEVE you didn't remember the brilliant source that originated from!!!
