Here's what I made for our late late dinner that wasn't even really dinner...it was just something to get us through the night until breakfast tomorrow.
Cornbread...he loves cornbread! I added a little honey, some corn, and some cheddar cheese, and wah-lah! you have a mini-meal - just add lots of butter.
And then he realized we had this in the pantry...
Yes, I know it says "fat free" on it. Quit shaking your head at me. I have to some aspect of healthy around here! And really and truly, they're good!!! Especially if you add extra blueberries and sprinkle sugar on top as soon as they come out of the oven. And butter...lots and lots of REAL butter on them while they're still hot. See why I have to buy the fat free? I like to add my own fat...by the pat. How could I have possibly thought he wouldn't want sugar and butter for dinner???
